Company History

Amethyst Research, Inc. was formed in 2004 and is a Delaware corporation majority owned by a Native American female. The company specializes in materials and manufacturing process technologies for high-performance electro-optical devices. Initial operations began in the Ardmore Development Authority's technology business incubator on the campus of the Southern Oklahoma Technology Center. Amethyst now occupies 11,000 square feet of office and laboratory space at its facilities located midway between Ardmore and Lone Grove, Oklahoma.
